i’ve been feeling super lazy this month!
dont even feel like moving my fingers, gah!
its always sleeping, eating, and playing, gosh,
oh dear, im evolving into a pig! HELP!

anyway, i feel uber lazy to blog,
and i freaking lost interest in blogging,
so bored to upload pics and write karangan, gah~!

nothing much happened as usual in my life,
my daily routines are, 
waking up at the evening or night,
eating, baking, cooking, online, defecating, pissing
and everything that is boring laa!

oh yeah, like 2 days back,
i planned to bake a perfect coconut meringue!
[meringue = beaten egg whites with lots of sugar!]
but then, somehow, some where wrong,
i wanted a creampuff shaped pastry,
turned out very weird, like shit!
LITERALLY!
anyway, its still very coconut delicious nice

oh yeah, remember i crashed my mum’s car the other day?
we have trouble looking for transport few weeks back,
so my aunt insisted of us borrowing her honda city,
now, she wants it back because she needs it,
so mum borrowed a land cruiser from her friend, LOL
they parked the land cruiser at LCCT parking,
which is far more further than KLIA!
so what we do is,
drove in the honda to LCCT,
then mum drives the land cruiser and i drive the honda back!
lol!
scary sial, drive so far and its tiring! GAH~!

anyway, just an hour ago,
i stole the car and drove it out to mcd then mamak!
everyone’s like looking, im such small sized
in such a huge car!
it was like driving a bus! seriously! LAWL!

oh well, thats about it,
and then i did make onion soup the other day,
french onion soup that is

simple yet delicious!
i grade it under comfort food!

oh well, here’s the last baking attempt for my post!
will post up more when i bake next time!

flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, milk powder

mixed with oil, egg yolk and water
.

beat egg whites till fluffy, then add sugar and cream of tartar
.

THEY say, if you can whip eggs whites, and it wont fall out when inverted!
then you’re very good at it
so i tried, before that i changed into house clothes, lol

i guess im somehow good in it

combine both, the batter and the meringue!
fold in, not whisk, to avoid the loss of air
needs soft and gentle hands

once folded in batter,
pour mixture into cake mould,
then bake it! in the oven of course!

oh well, to make it look better,
cut the top boinky part with a shape cake cutter knife!
then whip it with cream and serve

i didnt have a sharp cake knife, so when i cut it,
it went crumbly and its not nice, lol
